Terrible attendance. Only one employee attending and another 3 idle, using their cell phones.
I waited for service for 10 minutes and ended up giving up. It was better this way. Deliverance.
Worse care would be difficult. Several employees and few attending. When I questioned about this, I was informed, with irony by the person who issues the password, that many were on break and others would be training.
When I was finally seen through, they didn't cancel my plan because I refused to provide biometric information -- i.e., to take a picture of me on their cell phone. Even with documents in hand and being the account holder. The attendant threw the document back at me and the manager was no help. I called Claro's central, and they informed me that there would be no need for a photo, but they also refused to cancel the plan because I was in a physical logic. Unable to take any other action, I was forced to leave the equipment there and leave the store to cancel.
I was able to cancel with the central but I did not receive any proof of return of the equipment.

Worst experience ever, prepaid $70. Do not work. Worse when you don't speak the language.
