I bought a new C3 last year, white with a blue roof, the blue paint is coming off where the bird droppings fall, I stopped by to report it a couple of months ago and I still haven't received a response, the car is under warranty . I'm still waiting for an answer. Another day without a response. 11/28/23 As of 2/12/23, your response to my review is the first news I have had about my case. From my visit to your facilities I only got a message, we will call you, which is basically what you promised me, it was all doubts that how to solve a problem that, although created by external agents, I attribute to the lack of quality in current painting since I have been craving bird droppings all my life. I await your call in the meantime we will talk here.

Very nice and efficient staff, from the offices to the mechanics. I am always happy to take the car where they take good care of me and their work in the workshop is not expensive at all.

This workshop in Ciudad Real leaves a lot to be desired, they are not mechanics, they are part changers, Citroen brand cars, they cause a lot of problems and I do not recommend them even to my worst enemy, so that they can change you. A radiator, it takes more than a month and if they leave it right for you!!! Also think that for how poorly they are paid, that's how they do the job, what's the point of taking good care of you, if the work leaves a lot to be desired!!!! So better buy an MG OR A SEAT

Tired of waiting a long time at the dealership, like 30 minutes, first thing in the morning, and seeing that the sales staff is swarming there, but that no one assists you and they don't even ask you, I leave. It must be that since it was Friday they didn't really want to work. But come on, I think that with that attitude, it doesn't help sales much. I won't go back there, a potential buyer of a Citroen that they lose..., they lose it...Nothing to do with the treatment I have had in dealerships of other brands,,,
