Chili´s

Food was exceptional it really was tasty and I know I really missed food like this but I actually truly enjoyed it the services was good and fast also. The only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars was the situation with the server and the tips, see it was me my husband and his nephew and they were engaged in a conversation that he didn’t pay attention when he was asked about the tip on the tan and I just suggested we left it cash, he used his card and walked out leaving me to complete the tip, but towards the end our server asked if we wanted to buy candy to help fundraiser and to feed the needy I accepted and gave him one of my only cash 💵 bills I had so when he came back said here’s your change and if you want to leave a gratuity it’s 10 or 15% and rejected the cash in the table and small change was was less than 10% he also said if you want to, so what was I to do if the only cash was rejected and not appreciated since he wanted his whole amount or nothing? Sadly I just walked out without tipping accordingly and yes it still bothers me but maybe next time the server should appreciate what we try and leave behind.

The food is okay, the service is not good at all. Expensive

Place and atmosphere is great along with the original service and quality of the food we really enjoyed our sirloins, soups and quesadilla plate but even though our food came with a salad no dressing was served or offered and when we asked for some so it won’t be plain lettuce I noticed they charged us, no biggy until the server told us about the percentage he wanted in tips and rejected our cash tip; it was either the full amount or nothing. Really made us feel uncomfortable never had I seen anyone ask for a certain percentage for a tip witch was actually more than the cost of two of our dishes. With that being said we either come prepared with extra cash to pay the % they want or just don’t come at all. Gratuity shouldn’t be forced or asked

Absolutely lovely food, especially the ribs and chicken crispers. If you have a chance, make sure to visit this place. The staff is very helpful. Not everyone speaks English, but all of them are doing their best to keep the customer satisfied. It takes around 15-25 minutes to get the main course, but it's totally worth it. I left this restaurant with a full belly and a smile on my face. And I keep coming back daily.
