Chili's Galerías Querétaro

It is inside galleria Querétaro. The ambiance is nice. I was looking for vegetarian option, at first I felt happy that they have vegetarian burger but to my surprise it was tasting like non veg. I don’t know why vegetarian food should also taste like non vegetarian. Also for 292 pesos bill I gave 20 pesos tip and they straight away told me give 10 percent which is not good. Food combo doesn’t include cold drink.

Know-how & trained personal notwithstanding, the place still comes out as rather mediocre: the menu reads great & diverse but the execution is rather poor. I had one Mezcal drink that hardly tasted of Mezcal, the hambúrguer I ordered looked far better than it tasted & the fries that came with it were half-assed. The waiter came to me several times to ask if I needed anything else when my drink was almost full & was not even halfway through my burguer. At the only point I required him (when I wanted my check) he was nowhere to be found. The place is pricey ($295 pesos for a bad burguer & a lousy drink) & mediocre. The men's bathroom was disgusting.

Thursday is for margaritas at Chillis I have spend some of my Thursday's and me and friends just enjoy the food and margaritas. Besides the place is very clean and organized. I encourage you to at least try one's.

I won't visit again. I won't recommend either. I ordered a Chipotle hamburger. It was not hot when it was served. It tasted like it was reheated. It certainly was not a $167 hamburger. There was not an experience to help make up for the quality of the food.
