Terrible attention from scheduling a service, I brought my truck in for an oil change, according to the advisor it was time for a complete service and it was done.
In the diagnosis they tell me that a battery change is required (battery that I changed 5 months ago) since it was going to leave me "stranded" the next day and that's how it happened; They didn't want to make my battery warranty valid.
They left the left elevators inoperative, arguing that they are normal electrical faults in the service, with no solution. After performing the FULL service the service indicator on my dash comes on, I have contacted with no luck, no follow up on “quality” calls.
In reality, this in my experience seems more like breakdowns caused by the service staff in conjunction with the advisors to get money, since they offer “discounts” after leaving service. Total corruption in that work team.
