Very bad experience since yesterday I took my unit to service and when I went to pick it up I realized that it had several scratches on the body and windshield which I did not have when I delivered my unit to them and the manager did not want to take responsibility of the same, third and last time that I entered my unit for service in this place, check in detail when you enter your unit in this place since they were not responsible for the damages caused 🤬
I went to have them simply check the power fluid tank cap so they could tell me if I should change the entire cap or I could just change the plastics... and the workshop manager was adamant that I should make an appointment and pay 2700 pesos for it. the diagnosis....what a frustration, seriously!!!! I understand that the service policies of any company must be followed and respected but you must not be as ignorant as this employee!!!
