Chevrolet Ensenada

I am 70 years old and have purchased many, many cars in my life. This is the worst car buying experience I have ever had!! AND I PAID CASH!!!! I can not find the words to describe the stressful and painful situation this dealership put me and my wife through. So finally the day comes to pick up my car. The sales guy ordered the wrong cargo mat, even though he ordered it incorrectly, they will not take it back or order the correct one! AND refuses to refund the money I paid. Then, I paid for window tinting, again, the sales person had the wrong tinting. So I check the air conditioning and it does not work. They were delivering the vehicle with no freon in the system. They obviously did not do a quality control check prior to delivery. BUY AT YOUR OUN RISK...YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.
