This office deserves no star. There is no single person with good customer service. Those advisors cheat on shifts. They do not concentrate because when they finally attend to one, they also attend to the requirements of their colleagues and do not concentrate. They tell jokes to each other and one waits for them to finish serving him. They make serious mistakes, they don't care that one is left with two repeated services, these people sell to make money but they don't help the client in any way. And not to mention the customer service advisors are completely laughable. They are useless and THAT IS LITTLE. THE PHONE SERVICE IS TERRIBLE, YOU WAIT UP TO TWO HOURS CELL PHONE TIMER AND YOU TRY TO TELL THEM BUT THAT DOESN'T MATTER, THEY ANSWER YOU BADLY OR THEY DO NOT GIVE YOU A RADICATION NUMBER OR THEY FINISH ATTENDING YOU. THEY SIMPLY HANG UP AND CALL AGAIN. NO THIS IS OUTRAGEOUS THE LACK OF CONSIDERATION AND RESPECT FOR THE FORGIVENESS THAT KES FEEDS BECAUSE IT IS THE PUBLIC THAT KES PROVIDES WORK. THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF ONE'S NEED. THE BUSINESS SUPERINTENDENCY OR WHATEVER IT'S CALLED SHOULD CONTROL THIS ENTIRE SITUATION.
