Central Aire came and gave me a quote for installing a mini split in a 30x30 garage. They were back same week for the install. The entire setup is very professional looking and color matched to the building. Will definitely be recommending for anyone needing any AC work.

Here is how it starts. Lady that answered my call for distress sorry forgot your name, was professional and extremely nice and delivered on her promises. She was amazing. First technician (Larry) that came out was courteous, professional, punctual and was great. After issues with communication with landlord and property management company Central Aire and heat stepped in and stepped up to the plate and sent Donnie out. Once again I was amazed at the professionalism and over all taking ownership of the issues that was no fault of his or the company but made it right. After several days of sleeping in a hot house, tonight I will sleep with AC. Thank you to all the staff that helped make this a great experience when you didn’t have too.

From the sales process with Michael to the installation with Donnie and Buzz, it was a real pleasure. No pressure sales, just facts and options. The installation of our new HVAC system was just as easy with the team showing up in the window I was informed. Non stop professional work, pleasantly answering any questions I presented.
