I was visiting on January 2020 with my husband the little city of Badajoz. I have a few friends in that city and I just saw this store, I walk-in to buy present to them. When we both are set up to pay for. There was two person at the cashier. A young lady and old man. My Credit cards allow me to pay in the local currency and also in canadian money. (I would like pay in Canada Dollars to avoid pay extra money in interest // and in anyway they will received it in Euros) I try to explain that to them but this old man just give us the WORST look and the WORST treatment, he decided how we should pay. That actually explode my mind.
There is no reason for treat customer like that. We will not come back to this location and hope if you are hoping get a nice customer services as you could have in Canada or in America, just avoid visit this location. Looks like this old mand just dont likes people from another countries .
I bought a pioneer speaker in the store in Badajoz, along with a PS3 and other things, the speaker did not sound like it should, which they say it did and of course it cannot be proven, it was not linked to Android phones either, in this case case the girl who tried it was able to make sure of it. They don't give me my money back because they say it says on the ticket they give you a voucher, a ticket they give you once you've bought it, of course, no one informs you about it beforehand. They also tell you that it expires in 3 months and that it is only redeemable in that store, but however this does not appear on the purchase receipt.
I have been informing myself and they cannot do it by law, so the next time I go (I am from outside) I will ask for the claim forms based on the law to claim my money.
A shame since I was a regular buyer of this store and the online store.
I bought an Air Fryer through the Cashconverters website, web ticket 104340749 in the photos, everything complete, I received it yesterday and without a trace of them, I called and they said that the box and accessories were probably thrown away, things are not checked before to sue? There is another one like it on the website but they did not offer to send me the missing accessories from mine to complete. very bad service
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I bought a watch online and after 1 week without news they sent me an email saying that it was not possible to process it due to an error. It is not the fault of the Badajoz store, it is a malfunction of the company in general!!! I demand a solution!!!
