This dealer refused to service my car claiming that they do not service GM cars older than 2010 (mine is 2009). In addition they could not recommend any other service option in Jalisco. Although all I needed was an oil change and wheel balance, they steadfastly refused to service the car. This is a "red flag" if I've ever encountered one. Are these real GM certified mechanics? My guess is no.
