Carroll Parts

Carroll Parts helped me locate a replacement part for an obsolete out of production ceiling fan (of which I have 6 fans!) It appears I may have got the last available kit in the nation, which I am grateful to have found before they were gone. The salesman was courteous, very knowledgeable, and handled the process about as efficiently as one could expect (and in person.) Parts arrived in great shape after about a week and worked as expected. So, it was a great experience! I would not hesitate to order from them again.

The builder suggested Emerson fans. Beautiful, but my Hunter fans have lasted 30+ years, and two of my Emerson's have quit working or had problems after about ten years! I got out the manual and found a number; that's when I learned that Emerson is no longer in business, there is no longer any warranty, even if "lifetime" because there is no company. I was pleased to find out that the Carroll Co carried SOME Emerson parts. I have never had people so helpful. For the one fan, Noah told me how to test it to find out if the problem was the motor (which they could not have a replacement for that model) or another problem. For that one I had to get a new fan. For the second fan, the Italian, very expensive light cover that was held on to the fan with a screw on finial, was stripped and chipping glass. The fitter for that fan was no longer available, but Noah helped me pick out a fitter and glass cover that would work on this fan, and all went well. Noah even stayed on the phone with me to instruct me how to hook it up and assemble properly so all worked well. I truly have not had such great service in a very, very long time. I would give Noah 10 stars because he went above and beyond helping me. At one point, he had me take a pic with my phone and send to him, and he was able to see what I was doing wrong with the install of the new light fixture. I can't say enough about how helpful Noah was.

The sales associate was so kind and knowledgeable. I needed a part for a fan that was 20 years old. After asking a few questions he told me what part I needed. He said I could call back while my husband was installing it and he would talk him through it. He was extremely helpful.

Order process was easy. Had an issue with USPS Loosing then finding my part. Company was helpful in getting an update from USPS for me. Finally arrived yesterday - correct part. All’s well!

All my experiences with Carroll Parts have been positive. I have used Carroll a few times now, and I can't say anything bad about them. When I order something from Carroll, I know that the part will be right and will get to my door quickly. I would definitely recommend Carroll for your parts!!
