Visited on 12-15-23: even tho about 20 minutes before closing the staff members were super helpful and took their time to help me. I ended up making my purchase right then namely because of the quality of the service they offered: knowledge and willingness to take the time to answer my questions. Awesome

The employees here could not be more helpful!! I had to drive over twice in a day from the Gorge because I got the wrong pipe and they couldn’t have been nicer, ensuring I got the right thing and even giving me suggestions for how to fix my AC drain pipe problem.

Typical Ace. Checkout counter gal was nice. Store is cramped. Found what I needed. Ace prices are always higher than big box but we were not wanting to go that far. You pay for convenience.

I am a highly respected citizen in this town and have only reviewed maybe a handful of times but this place needs help. The owner is very rude and that has rolled off on to the employees, they have the same learned behavior and attitude. They charge just to drop off an already prepared UPS package, and gouge you with prices on everything else. Tried exchanging 3 items I picked up 3 days before, same cashier mind you, with their tags still attached, totally unused and undamaged but wouldn't accept them because I didn't have a receipt even though I had been in there every day for two weeks and had spent at least $500 during that time period. When I questioned their motives, calmly, they walked off as if I wasn't there. This wasn't the first occasion I had experienced their ill manored greedy attitudes. I could go on about several other bad aneurysms they have but I think I've made my point.

The two girls at the front are rude. One is a blonde and the other is like a dyed dark hair color. I just walked in and asked if they sold something and she specifically stopped smiling to talk to me. Like I was bothering their conversation.
