Terrible agency, my car has been in for repairs twice now and they do not have the parts in stock, neither locally, nor at the plant in Mexico, nor nationally and apparently not internationally. The first time they kept my car for 3 months, and this time it is already more than 1 month old and they simply tell me that they don't have a date because they don't have the part they need anywhere. The after-sales and workshop advisors no longer respond to me, but when they want to sell you the car up to 3 times a day they are talking to you. You give them options to try to speed up the process and they close themselves to the fact that nothing can be done. But the monthly payments are collected punctually even if the car is at the agency due to their problem. Do you think you buy a car to have it sitting there? If you buy it, it is because you need it daily. Anyway, December is approaching and they took care of giving me the worst Christmas without a vehicle to get around.
