Caring, compassionate, knowledgeable, and responsive. Strong sense of serving the Public. Thank you Kathy McGuiness. You are the best. CVS is lucky to have her as Pharmacist.
The cashier Elizabeth in the pharmacy dept is great. Always friendly with a smile and very efficient. I've seen her running two registers at the same time to get the line down faster. Everyone is quick to write their negative reviews i wanted to do a positive one.
Drove 30 minutes for a vaccine appt, arrived they told me my federal insurance doesn't cover the vaccine! (Went to another pharmacy who were able to bill with no problem, go figure). When asked if they were part of the Bridge Access program (as clearly stated on their website), the pharmacist had no idea. Note: I had tried to call ahead of time to make sure everything was clear before driving 1hr out of my way; the phone never rings to a person, you can only leave a message. They were nice enough to return my call ... 26 hours later - how useless. You'd think they were understaffed, but when I had arrived there were 6 staff and barely any customers so there is no excuse for this level of incompetency or poor customer service. CVS has lost a customer.
Calling this store is a nightmare of auto menus determined to get you to abandon hope of speaking to a person. All the CVS stores have kept reducing staff, not in customer service business anymore. Good luck or try a local independent pharmacy where a person answers phone and service is way better.
Pharmacy: Elizabeth has absolutely the worst customer service abilities possible. I hope you, nor your family need to rely on her services for prescriptions. Had an emergency prescription sent to the rehobeth location for an eye infection (can’t see). I sent my cousin to pick the meds up as i was going to arrive late. Elizabeth told me on the phone that everything was ready and that my cousin better be there no later than 7pm, because she was closing the pharmacy. My cousin arrived at 6:58 and Elizabeth LIED about the prescription not being ready. It was 6:58(pharmacy closes at 7) and she didn’t want to mess with my insurance information and told my cousin to tell me to come back the next day. I came back this morning and everything was magically ready. Elizabeth said that my cousin provided all the insurance information to her and she was able to run it this morning. That’s another lie, my cousin never provided any insurance information to her.
Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. Lying when it comes to medicine is a horrible thing that bears no ethics. Do better Elizabeth
