POOR SERVICE, POOR ATTENTION I HAVE 6 days waiting for my service vehicle to be delivered and they don't have it ready! THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT DOES NOT EVEN TAKE CALLS AND I GO AND THEY DO NOT ANSWER ME! It is a NEW YEAR VEHICLE AND IT WAS JUST CHECKED FOR A NOISE IN THE SUNROOF AND IT DOESN'T HAVE TO TAKE 6 DAYS! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THE BRAND NOR THE CARE OF THAT AGENCY

The customer service via telephone is terrible, they leave you waiting in line for up to an hour and they hang up on you.
