I recently ordered and had plantation shutters installed by Budget Blinds on several windows in my home. I would give the owner, Bill, and his employees, Joe and Susan, the highest possible rating. I highly recommend this team at Budget Blinds because from start to finish they showed exemplary attentiveness, integrity, professionalism, and craftsmanship. When I first called them, Bill came out quickly to measure and quote a price. I ordered a custom color shutter which took a little longer to get in because I had to approve a color match before they were made. It was well worth the wait and perfectly matches my trim. The quality is superior to shutters I had installed in two previous homes. Susan was pleasant to deal with and relay messages to Bill. Bill was very fair and honest in his pricing. Bill and Joe were personable and showed such professionalism and attention to detail during the removal of my old shutters and installation of the new shutters. I really appreciated how careful they were. I had blinds repaired that a dog had gotten tangled up in. Bill did a great job and rearranged the slats so the one that was nibbled on wasn’t as obvious. The price was very reasonable. The reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is their communications. They did not call when the blinds were ready. Whenever I called them, they said I needed to talk to Bill and he was a little difficult to get hold of. I left a message with some kind of attendant when they were not in the office and never received a return call.

Excellent service. Bill repaired my blind while I waited just so I wouldn't have to drive back from High Point to pick up the next day. I kinda felt bad paying what he charged me. VERY reasonable. I would definitely do business with Budget Blinds again.
