I contacted Budget Blinds after one large blind in my mothers living room failed. Heather was very helpfull and while the exact color was no longer available, she was happy to replace all three blinds in that room. Service was friendly and outstanding in all aspects. Once the new blinds arrived they were installed in a matter of minutes. Very satisfied.
