Horrible customer service. Rude and uninformed. They didn't even take the chance to understand what I was looking for in my home and were immediately intimidated by my 17 feet ceilings. I have seen OTHER budget blind companies accommodate this request. When asked if we have options for pricing and utilizing other vendors for the actual drapes fabrics, they outright just declined working with us. Absolutely rude, I will never go back to this business or recommend them to our friends/family in the area.

Budget Blinds did a wonderful job with my recent blinds project. Mark, the CEO is hands on and extremely professional. Took the time to make many suggestions without pressure on the client. The installer, Don was extremely professional and well organized during the install process. Very nice folks to work with. Very competitive pricing and great customer service.

We had some issues with our blinds which were purchased by a prior franchise owner. We reached out and connected with Mark and he did the right thing, and got the defective blinds replaced at no cost to us. We will definitely be reaching back out to him when we are ready to upgrade our window treatments.

I do NOT recommend using Budget Blinds of Somerset. High prices, lost shipment and missing parts led to weeks of delays. Business owner took zero responsibility. Poor customer service.

Mark helped us choose the right shades for our house. Very professional and great service. Followed all the necessary precautions during this pandemic. I highly recommend them.
