Unreliable and untrustworthy. Have been given the run around for more than one month now for a minor service. At one point we were told to find another contractor.

Budget Blinds of Monroeville exceeded out expectations from start to finish. Brady came to our house with a variety of product samples to choose from. He thoroughly talked me through the quality of each product. He gave advice without being pressuring. He measured all of our windows that day so we were ready to place an order as soon as we received the invoice. Once our order arrived, Brady was flexible with setting up an installment appointment. We were at work when our blinds were installed, but Brady made sure to send pictures before he left. We couldn’t be happier with the quality of the product now that we have lived with them for a few weeks. Our neighbors have complimented how the blinds have completely changed our curb appeal. We tell all our neighbors to use Brady from Budget Blinds Monroeville. You won’t be disappointed!!

Very nice rep, easy to work with. Absolutely terrible company. I bought $2,800.00 worth of blinds and was assured that the edges would not let it light in, because the company used a special edging trim. I redundantly explained how important it was that no light would enter. Light pours in from the edges. So instead of complaining or wanting a refund, I asked if we could get more edging, to put a double treatment. The answer back from the company that the representative had to relay was, “sorry, unless you buy a new order of blinds you cannot get the edging” Make your own decision if you want to get involved with a company like this.

Just had our second experience with Budget Blinds (Monroeville) and we are just as thrilled this time! Kathy was efficient and accurate and very helpful in the selection process, and Brady executed everything regarding the installation PERFECTLY!!! Cannot say enough about how pleased we have been with them! Recommend them highly

The Company has never returned our calls on two separate occasions. We called on the third occasion and the lady hung up on us mid conversation once we asked why again we weren’t receiving calls. I highly recommend going elsewhere and not using their service they are completely unprofessional.
