BEYOND HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. SPOKE WITH MR DONNIE ABOUT PURCHASING BLINDS FOR MY NEW HOME. HE CAME TO MY HOME TO MEASURE. AFTERWARDS HE GAVE ME A QUOTE, PAID FOR MY BLINDS...ONLY TO HAVE ONLY TWO SETS OF BLINDS TO BE INSTALLED. CALLED DONNIE MULTIPLE TIMES TO SEE WHAT HAPPENED? NO REPLY. LEFT COUNTLESS VOICE-MAILS. NO REPLY. MANAGED TO SPEAK WITH A RECEPTIONIST, WAS TOLD ONLY DONNIE CAN ASSIST WITH MY NEEDS. JUST A TOTAL LACK OF COMMUNICATION, AND PROFESSIONALISM TO SAY THE LEAST.
