I recently had Budget Blinds come back & install blinds on the rest of my windows. Both times they were quick to come out, installation went smoothly. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and professional. I love my blinds & highly recommended Budget Blinds.

As an out of state member who was trying to get blinds for my house, I could never get a hold of anyone in the store even when I left messages. Out of the 7 or 8 times I did call, I got an answer once and got scheduled for measuring. However, after the appointment, the member asked to discuss options via email, and when I responded, I never got a response back. Again, I called and left messages, etc. Ultimately, I ended up going with another window treatment business as they were prompt with responses and got me taken care of. Hopefully, others will have a better experience.

Wonderful experience from initially contacting through the final installation. Very friendly, delivering expert service and work. They notified me throughout the process, arrived early this am, 1100, and finished at just after 1200. They installed very professionally, the blinds are amazing and I live them. They are the company you want if want a quality product and professional installation, they were very friendly installers.
