Bryan's Ace Hardware

I love Bryan's Ace Hardware. My experiences have been the same in each store - outstanding service and inventory. I also use their garden department.

Incredibly disrespectful employees out in the garden department. Really don’t understand why people would come here instead of Lowe’s.

Small town hospitality at its finest! Very helpful.. I went into the store looking for activated charcoal due to my neighbor feeding my dog rat poison and the gentleman tall, darker-blonde hair, with glasses- I didn't catch his name unfortunately) and such a sweet, kind-voiced young-lady made sure that they went out of their way to not only try to assist me with looking throughout their store but also, they took the time to get on their phones, located what it was, where it was being sold at, and then made sure that I had the directions in which i needed to make it to the correct location of the store I was in need of that carried my desired activated charcoal. I don't know if they will see this post or not but I'd like to thank you from the very bottom of my heartw--@.) Keep up the great customer service! uh

Uninformed employees. If they don't know the answer don't pretend you do. Completely clueless . Just like one of the owners. Stealing from customers. Profits at any cost
