Very helpful staff. Didn't like that a female staff member snapped at an employee " Take lunch and be back on time." It was mean enough that it caused me to turn around and see who thought such demeanor was proper especially will so many customers were in the store on a busy Saturday.

Wow, Ace carries SO many things!! Grills to lint rollers, seasonal decorations, cleaning supplies, automotive & lawn equipment supplies, kitchen and canning supplies - plus of course a great selection of hardware items very attractively priced. The personalized service is top notch, the associates are well trained, and are very helpful and friendly. Save the trip to Home Depot and Lowe’s – Ace very likely will have you covered!

Overall the staff, including the so called managers and supervisors, are absolutely horrible and useless. This was my 3rd visit, and I did not want to go since I knew what kind of service I'd get, but I had no choice at the time. This time service was even worse than my last two horrid experiences, so I just had to laugh and go with the flow to get what I needed. No matter what my need is in the future, it will not be bought here.

This a great little hardware store that 9 times out of 10 has what I'm looking for. The store is always clean and well stocked. The staff are very friendly and helpful. 5 out of 5, would recommend.
