Brownsburg Ace Hardware

After visiting two big boxes and two other hardware stores, I gave Brownsburg Ace a try. I was promptly helped in a very courteous manner with my custom paint mixing by Jordan. She was very knowledgeable and willing to try some thing she had not done before with the paint. It turned out perfect! I will most certainly be back for any future needs. The store was well lit and well stocked and most importantly, offered great customer service. Thank you Jordan for a wonderful experience at your store. It is quite evident that you know and care a great deal about paint, the store overall, while offering superb customer service!

As always, I was helped finding what I needed. Dusty made sure I had all I was looking for and in the correct size for my plumbing job! Great place

Small local shop usually has what I am looking for... especially odd things. Service is usually friendly, but it would be nice if when the cashier greets you walking in, she would actually look up from her phone.

If there is a zero star, I could have give them zero star. Store Manager was very rude and did not know how to deal with the customer. She better stay at home and don't come to work. Such a nonsense people. Worst experience ever I have had in this store.

Rented a Uhaul van. Tires were supposed to be 80 lbs. There was a tire at 49lbs. They said it's on its just a bad sensor. They said they have no way to air up a tire? No air compressor in the store? I took it to Belle tire and filed up all the tires. All of the tires were low. Oh, and the sensor was accurate. Told them about it. No credit offered, just I am sorry.
