This is the best shoe store I have ever been in! No dispute. The selection is excellent. The customer service sets them even further apart. Employees are knowledgeable, friendly, and extremely passionate about finding you the right shoe. These guys are awesome.

I always buy my shoes at Brown’s Shoe Fit. I appreciate the one on one help. Jason helped me find the best shoes for my plantar fasciitis. He is very knowledge, personable and he listened to my needs. He even found some discounted shoes that are perfect for me. Jason is a real gem to work with. That man deserves a raise!

Excellent service, every time. They really are more interested in you getting shoes that fit your needs than they are in just making sales. They have an extensive collection of possibilities, and every single sales person there that I've met has had all the patience in the world at letting me try everything on that I want to try on. I've bought two pairs of running shoes, four different pairs of boots, six sets of summer sandals, and various walking shoes over decades, and every single pair has done what I needed it to do for a good long time. The shoes might be a little expensive, but they all last, break in to be super comfortable, and they've always fit me for what I needed them to do. In July of 2023, I ran in to get some replacement Keens and the floor person and I looked at my old ones that were falling apart and used that size to find me a few pair, that I immediately put on and they seemed okay so I just walked out the door with them. I loved the bright colors so much the for wasn't really on my mind. Problem was that this new style has a hard shell, and for whatever reason the third toe of my left foot bruised terribly in these shoes. I took them back with me, expecting that because I'd work then outside, I'd just have to shell out for a new pair. It really was my fault. But the store folks carefully got me a new pair that was a full size larger and made it an exchange after they saw just how badly I'd hurt myself on them. So I can't recommend this store enough.

Old school exceptional service. Unparalleled selection. Fair prices. We stopped in after hearing that this place was great and it was. There’s no reason to shop at a big box store or buy online.

Great selection, terrible staff. From the moment a person enters the store the staff constantly harass you, asking if help is needed. Clearly commission based for the worse. On more than one occasion I heard fellow customers tell a staff member they were just browsing, and then once you do see a pair of shoes they immediately take the box as if you will run for the door without paying if they do not. Unfortunately, will not be back anytime soon. I would prefer to order online rather than come back to support their store.
