They want to breach the contract by using a reconditioned part in my vehicle. Since 08/05/2022, my vehicle has been in a workshop recommended by Bradesco Seguros, they can't find any parts and they don't want to compensate the vehicle. When it comes to paying for many years of insurance, they don’t complain about anything. When it comes to ensuring what we pay for and are entitled to...they don't comply. Until today 20/12/2022 without the vehicle. I've had my car for almost 6 months. They leave the car in a corner and don't solve anything.

Avoid, staff are unresponsive, service is slow and stressful.

I went to this agency twice to speak with the manager. I waited so long that I gave up. Another time, the security guard did not let me in, because, according to him, I needed to go through the screening first. The problem is that the triage queue was huge. I gave up too.
