The biggest regret I have is having an account at this bank.
It's been two weeks since I've been waiting for money to arrive in my account that comes from another institution, it was already credited to Bradesco but they never released it to my account, every day a different unforeseen event.
TERRIBLE AGENCY!, Bradesco bank as a whole was once good, today the service is very slow and with employees unable to provide even simple information. They are arrogant, they treat the customer as if they were asking for a favor. They induce the customer to take out a card, saying that there is already a card for them to receive at the agency, when in fact they want you to confirm it so they can issue the card, this must all be as a result of goals that they are obliged to achieve. procedure such as a simple account cancellation, they create obstacles and create difficulties...
Very bad, lots of queues and crowds.
The employees do not give concise information!!!
They don't answer the phone, and they don't answer emails.
Some employees treat customers badly, as if they were doing the customers a favor.
They forgot that the client is the one who maintains the agency!!!
When we entered the agency we noticed that many consumer rights were violated, time was exceeded for customer service...
