In the middle of 2021, where in several digital banks you have quick and easy access to customer service via the app, Bradesco, as always, doesn't care about the customer. If you need to talk to them, forget it, just go there. I've never been able to talk on the phone, ever. That's why the future is digital, in a while (very little, apparently) these big banks will lose their place to the many better options that are emerging in the market.
Wednesday, May 20, 2020. I went with my elderly mother-in-law. The security guard politely gave us a priority password. But when the system called for the password, the attendant simply said that she wasn't calling Priority Service and that it would have to be normal service and threw it away. Tremendous lack of respect. And where are the rights of the elderly? In the midst of the Pandemic, respect for the elderly is far from being respected...
