The service is terrible. Whenever I go there, I feel like I'm in the SUS queue because of the way I'm mistreated.
In particular, the employee (with oriental features) who guides customers at the entrance, is very rude and rude. If her goal is to scare away clients from the agency, congratulations. You're doing it. I don't think even the public service can be that bad.
Terrible service, tellers are always offline and checks are not deposited inside the bank according to the teller who helped me!
I don't recommend it to anyone
