It starts from the security guards at the door, who treat anyone badly, very rude staff. The Bank itself is horrible, you can't solve anything if you don't spend at least 3 hours in an endless queue. If I could give 0 stars I would. I regret choosing this agency.

Terrible. Nobody can talk to the Cidade Operária agency. The phone number no longer exists and they do not update it.

Bad service from five ATMs none have money this is absurd ..
