A terrible agency, terrible customer service, I spent more than 2 hours waiting for service.

The only use of this mediocre bank is to withdraw and deposit money from time to time, but for three days all terminals have been offline, something routine for the Cacoal branch.

The attendant who helped me is very polite and helpful, the bank is no good, it doesn't inform the customer about anything, service hours at the bank are disproportionate to working hours! Anyway, go to an agency that respects its clients!
