There is no manager, the ATMs don't work, when we go to the agency to try to solve something we are sent to the capital... On weekends, if we need to withdraw some money, we are stuck because the cashiers are not working or there is no money. I am sincerely disappointed with the bank and will close my account. And I'm sure it won't be just me....
