The branch is in need of renovations, it is one of the oldest in Porto Velho, those street vendors in front of it sometimes interfere with the flow of people, the infrastructure is in need of repairs and the service needs to improve further.

Worst bank in Porto, old, a real lack of respect for the customer, they don't answer the phone, they don't speed up your problem. During the pandemic, I couldn't be attended to by a manager, the guy took note of my service and it's been 4 months without a response I DO NOT ADVISE TO OPEN AN ACCOUNT IN THIS BUDEGA!

Good service, employees are polite, kind and willing to help, every time I went to the bank to be served I always left satisfied with the service
