Boot Legger's Footwear Center

I'm all about shopping locally, but my experience today was so odd that I do not think I will return to this location. I stopped in looking for boots for work. I have options as the type of footwear I can utilize, but the older, plaid shorts wearing salesman seemed so put off by it the fact that I didn't have specific answers to his questions that he gave me the nastiest look, like I was up to something nefarious for some reason... I just wanted to look around at the boots and not be judged, looked down upon, or followed around...

There is a woman named jade who works here and I asked her for help sizing my sons shoes and she was rude thinking I knew my sons shoe size. She was on her phone the whole time in the store hiding behind shelves. Very disappointed in management for not firing her. Every time I come in here it’s the same thing. Why is she always on her phone doing nothing while probably getting paid the same as the people who are doing stuff. I know everyone who comes in has the same to say about her. Not presentable at all and disrespectful. She needs to be fired or the situation needs to be addressed.

Went to 4 stores in Keene to get boots for my kids. Bootleggers is the only Store we had luck in. The choices were great, prices on point! Shop here.

Two young ladies waited on me, both very nice, were helpful, not putting any pressure on me to buy. I did buy a pair of low Merrill low hikers. Love them!
