Boot Barn

Terrible, absolutely terrible customer service. 7:29pm Tues night was in the cold weather boots area for over 23 min without a single associate to even see if I was finding things. However they did find time to send over LP to see if I was stealing. I'll never return to this boot barn and reading some of the other review's at this particular store, I can clearly see why. -☆ if Google would allow. Psh

I went there to purchase a new wallet. I was impressed with the looks of the store. Most of all the selection of wallets. I was helped by a cowboy a very distinguished gentleman. The purchase I made was very nice. Very impressive.

My husband and I went in and there was no hello or welcome. We asked about winter boots and the old man and young woman just pointed to the corner. They also gave us a judgmental stare down. I guess, if you aren't a cowboy/girl you are no good. Terrible service and their prices were too high and absurd for just boots! We went elsewhere of course.

I could never find jeans to fit me. So i gave in and came to the store and i was very excited to see how helpful they were at getting me work/daily jeans. I bought 2pairs as they were having the 50% sale. So glad i went in and got the right size and Length..

Arrived there to pick up a order. Renee was very helpful with my purchase.
