Best gym I’ve been apart of, started coming here because I was being trained by Will their assistant manger. Will was amazing the six months we worked together and during those six months I soon found out the rest of the staff and other gym goers were great. The entire staff is very knowledgeable and willing to help, they’ve also created a great environment that makes any person want to be involved in the community. Cherry on top is the owner is a colts fan!

Due to personal circumstances I couldn't stick with this gym beyond two weeks. The management was super accommodating about it. Excellent customer service. I'd recommend this gym to anyone serious about strength training. A lot of excellent equipment and 24 hour access. Definitely check it out if you're in the area.

Excellent boutique style gym that has excellent real body building machines in addition to a full compliment of the usual dumbbells, barbells, etc. One of my favorites is the nautilus pullover machine for lat training, you literally cannot find this in gyms anymore. They also have an excellent lat, back machine that is free weight loaded and gives you a great stretch allowing for maximum effect on you back muscles. They also have a true belt squat machine that works your legs without impacting your lower back which is great for people "back issues." Great staff, a true old school muscle building gym that I guarantee you will not be disappointed. sb

Been going here since it opened in Dec 2020. Absolutely no complaints. Staff is extremely helpful, members are very encouraging and everyone wants to help you achieve your goals and full potential in the gym. Never any judgement. Equipment is top notch, tons of stuff you wont find in a commercial gym, no waiting for equipment either. Feels like a second family. Seriously cant say enough good stuff about body shop.

I hit this gym every time I’m in KC. As a strength trainer, it has everything I look for and more. Great facility. Also appreciate the ability to book a day pass autonomously and visit any time with the Bluetooth entry. I do have to call later today to address a billing issue. I had to go to my car and re-enter. It looks like it’s charging me an additional day pass for each entry on the same day.
