Terrible service. I strongly suggest you not to buy bait phone service. They gave me a chip. I put it on her, but since it's a cell phone that I put the chip on, it's for my daughter, we hardly use it. So the chip supposedly only lasts 7 days of free service when they give it to you. Today I made a recharge of $120 and I did not receive any notification that the recharge was made. So I told them to give me my money back because I don't know if maybe since more than 7 days have passed since I put the chip in, I don't know if maybe they gave the number to someone else or something like that. Well, I told the manager that I better wanted a refund, to which she told me no, they don't give refunds for bait. He just told me to call customer service, which I did, but they didn't answer or anything. Moral of the story, it's better not to buy bait because the recharge may not arrive and if it doesn't arrive they already lost their money, because the managers know how to do less to refund but well they sell the service and they only tell you to talk to customer service , if they answer you. Terrible service 😡
