Bob’s Discount Furniture and Mattress Store

We purchased a bedroom set during the corona virus. Took months to receive. We finally received it Feb 3rd 2022. If you purchased a Malibu bedroom set please look under it. I found a disgusting amount of mold growing on the bottom of my 1.5 yr old furniture. The dresser and 1 of 2 night stands. We have AC and radiant heat and maintain our home immaculately. I believe it was delivered after being stuck on an unconditioned shipping container and has been festering since. There was also a small dead lizard in the box. An over seas lizard haha. Anyways Bobs is declining any replacement at this time. I’m upset and want to spread awareness.

Our second visit and purchases. So happy with customer service, timing and delivery. When the furniture arrived I think it took more time for the crew to "un box" the furniture than it took to install into our home with all the experience knowledge and professionalism. I have gone to Bob’s twice to get furniture for my new apartment. Both experiences were great! The associates were personable, knowledgeable, and very kind. Ken did a fantastic job helping my boyfriend and I find the piece we were looking for upon my last visit. I would definitely recommend shopping at this store.

Had an excellent experience in store with the sales team, Beth was very helpful and kind. The loading team was so great, too. They helped load my tv console into the vehicle. When I got it home, I helped my husband unload it from the vehicle but was unable to help my husband lift it up the stairs and into the house. When I called back, I got a person (probably not even in this country), and they just told me they were sorry and asked if I had a friend who could help me. They were not helpful, at all. If I had someone to help me, I wouldn’t have called them back. Since they deliver, I’m not sure why they were unable to send someone over to help my husband lift it into the house, even if it were to be a different day. It was already delivered by us and I would have still paid them. I have purchased from this company before, many times from different locations and have never had issues. Very disappointed.

The young man Todd, Really enjoyed working with him. I wasn’t looking for a huge purchase. just something lower priced and quick for my son’s bedroom. He gave me great service and answered all my questions even though it was a lower priced item. Really appreciate Todd treating me the same as if I was buying a huge purchase.
