Biscuit Bitch Pike Place

So many people rave about this place, so I had to try it. I'm not from Seattle but came 2 years ago and loved it. Now I'm back visiting with some family and it was the 1st place we went to eat. I'm a big fan of breakfast food, so I was in absolute heaven. I've had their breakfast sandwiches before but I enjoy the Hot Mess a lot more. It's like you're getting a little bit of everything at the same time. The biscuit is soft, the gravy has great flavor, the grits and eggs go really well with it, and the hot link and jalapenos just top it off perfectly. I could eat it everyday honestly. Every visitor that comes to Seattle, needs to try this place at least once.

I'm from Philly and we love our food. Seattle's great and this place rocks. The biscuits are insanely good. Slight crunch on the outside and soft on the inside. It doesn't leave your mouth dry like most places. Great flavors. Love the friendly "attitude" where everything plays off of the name. If you are looking for a delicious quick bite and a place that just makes you smile then cheer yourself up with this place.

Ordered by scanning a QR code and waited for about 20min for my biscuit+gravy+over easy eggs to be ready. Staff was friendly and gave me two stickers after I said I’ll share on social media. There was no seating so I had to eat it on the way walking around pike place market. I would say it’s just regular biscuit and gravy. Probably good for friend/family hang out. If you’re a tourist like I am it’s definitely better to walk into the market and save your appetite for the local stores there.

Having to order your own food is a bit of an inconvenience. It’s time consuming. Ordered a sandwich , 2 coffees and , a plate of biscuit and gravy. Sandwich was okay. The sauce was good. The biscuit it self was good but the gravy sauce was just not it for me. It has a strong taste of something I can’t pin point . Maybe garlic? Coffee was horrible . 2 white chocolate mochas . Employees were nice , place is cool the food Ehhhh.

Great unique concept here. It gets crazy busy though so be prepared that you may have to wait. The upside to waiting though is because the food is super fresh. The only thing I'm not a fan of is having to eat outside, there are tables and chairs but they're a little uncomfortable. All that being said the biscuits here are lush. I also tried the seattle fog drink which was weird but good.
