Brian is always kind and helpful. He just let you do your thing and if you need him he’s there. Great place to buy your Birkenstocks!

My husband and I traveled here from Melbourne. While we had other business in the area, we made it a point to come to this shop to buy much needed sandals. Brian was great, friendly and helpful. The store was very busy, its a holiday weekend coming up but he was very cheerful and happy to help. The selection here is better than anywhere else you can shop for Birkenstocks, except online. I like to try on shoes, because they all fit differently. I've read a couple of reviews where the client wanted more TLC than perhaps they felt was given, but I didn't get that at all. No pressure, try on 10 pair if you like. Great prices also!

I didn’t want to believe the reviews. So I went to check it out because I love Birkenstock shoes. Let’s just say this man don’t have customer service at all. His tone and the way he approaches you if you touch any shoes without asking him. He makes it a big deal. I just left because what you not about to do is talk to me like I’m not human . Oh yea he never stop bragging about how good his store is and how people travel from around the world just to shop with him. Like Sir please shut up and humble yourself.

If you are looking for a place where you come in and browse and pretty much decide for yourself what you want and need, this place might be what you want. The customer pretty much does it all. However, if you need guidance or help in determining what style would be best for your foot condition, I would recommend going elsewhere. Brian pretty much tells you to come in, relax, take it easy, etc. which is fine if you are a browser and have an idea of what you want. But for someone who wants assistance, don’t feel this business was much help.

So many Birks, I’ve never seen so many different styles and colors in my life. I was way overdue. I was in heaven. No pressure sales so you truely get to focus on how the shoes feel and all of your options.
