Birkenstock

My review is strictly on my shopping experience and not the product itself. I was quite disappointed with my visit today. I normally purchase my Birkenstocks online but I was driving the freeway when I saw your store sign and, despite the construction nightmare, had to visit. Although the gentleman was welcoming and friendly I couldn't make a purchase even if I wanted to. They had a wall full of different sandals. I asked if they had a variety of color options for the styles shown -no, he says. I asked to try one of the styles shown. Size 8.5/9, very common. -no. out of stock, he says. So I picked a different style and same thing happened. out of stock. He says let me check what I do have in that size. Out of the whole wall he points to either 2 or 3 styles and that's it. Sorry, not for me. He explains they won't be getting a shipment for about 1.5 weeks but didn't know what inventory will be on the order. To which I replied I guess I cannot do business here and thanked him for his time. To the owner/manager how does a shoe store not have shoes in stock. Especially during the holidays. Back to shopping online.

Unique selection of Birkenstock items. Sue has great suggestions and is very helpful. When I couldn't decide which color I wanted, Sue showed me all the different colors/materials the shoe came in. I really appreciated it and walked away with a new pair of shoes.

Sue, who is the owner/operator is just the nicest person you'd ever hope to meet. I came in with an idea of what I wanted and she helped me find the perfect pair! You just don't see this kind of customer service any more

Somewhat difficult to find. The owner was very helpful. The store has a good variety of styles and sizes.
