Where to start……I came for my first ever pair of Birkenstocks and I will definitely be back. It was so nice to shop at a small store big on charm and character. The owner was an absolute joy to deal with. She is so sweet and caring and took all the time I needed to make sure that I was satisfied with my purchase. Do yourself a favour and treat yourself to some personalized service and frequent this store. I came all the way from Canada and I promise you that I will be back.

I love love love this place! I am the happiest person after shopping at this Small Business in Claremont! The owner is hands-on with customer service. It was busy when I went in to window shop; after a quick hello from the owner I was in love with her. It felt like I was the only person in the store. I asked a ton of questions and received genuine responses to my questions. Not only did she have the old favorite style but the new ones as well. I loved her great customer service soooooo much I bought two pairs!!!!!! Please support this establishment when you in Claremont!!!!!

I walked into a crowded store, with only one salesperson (5 customers ahead of me), as I shopped around I decided to wait, as I found 2 pairs I wanted to purchase. I didn’t mind the wait because, I appreciated how the salesperson took personal Uninterrupted one on one time with each customer. Finally my turn, she brought out the 2 pairs I requested, as I was trying them on she turned and immediately started to help the next customer (WHAT HAPPENED TO THAT ONE ON ONE UNINTERRUPTED CUSTOMER SERVICE I SO APPRECIATED) I could barely ask a question about the shoes I was trying on because she was giving the next customer the attention I had waited my turn for. I will never shop there again, and maybe it was her intention to make me feel ousted, so I wouldn’t shop there again. I hate to turn this into a race thing, but everyone else ahead of me (5) got exceptional customer service! Very unsatisfied customer!

Very friendly proprietor with a great selection of Birkenstocks. Also, as my wife said, "they have a lot of nice things in that store." So, don't think it is just Birkenstock branded items.

Unwelcoming attitude. Had only a couple of sizes that would fit me, didn’t tell me if / when more sizes & colors would come in… and it does not returns nor exchanges. Basically a store for locals, where you are treated nicely if you’re friends
