Birkenstock Depot

My friend and I entered the store and was greeted promptly. I wasn’t sure if I was going to buy anything butI, did see something that caught my eyes. Patrick was within an ear shot so I asked him if I can’t try something on and he gladly said yes. I was pleased with the shoe I tried on and decided to buy them. My first experience at Birkenstock Huntington, Long Island was so amazing that I will return in the not to distant future. Overall the staff there is pleasant and patient!!!

Knowledgeable, helpful and patient employees who know how to fit you properly! Great selection of Birkenstocks (and other brands) as well. Patrick in particular is a great salesperson. Would highly recommend and I’ll definitely be going back when I’m ready to buy another pair!

Excellent customer service - there was a mix-up and I wound up getting the wrong type of Birkenstock but Michael and the other workers in the store were highly responsive and managed to order me the right pair of sandals. I'm now the happy owner of my second pair of Birkenstocks.

Patrick was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and patient. He was friendly and he knew how to satisfy the customer.
