Big O Tires

Isabel and the team took excellent care of all of my needs! Unlike other tire stores, they do everything. They did my alignment, replaced my air filter, did a full inspection, and can order parts if needed. My tires really needed to be replaced, I was under the legal limit for tread. Isabel showed me what was perfect for me. Their highest-end is a fantastic deal; I called Costco and looked online. Ask them for a discount and if it's available they will help you. They warranty their tires like crazy against all sorts of stuff. I recommend them to everyone, it's a struggle to find people who I trust and who don't overcharge.

Two thumbs up for their CS! Ordered 4 Toyo tires a week prior to getting them but we had to put off getting them for 2 days. Was a busy run run day but we managed to get there 45 mins before closing and I was impressed with the quick expert service and they held onto our tires. And now with driving cross country, I thank the lady who answered the phone originally and recommended this brand of tire because they still look like new!

Great Service! I live out of town and purchased tires from Big O. Great Tires at a Great Price. On an unplanned trip to Pocatello they found time to rotate and balance my tires. Knowledgeable, efficient, thorough and accommodating. Again Great Service!

I had an appointment for 11:30 and had to wait 2 hours before they even started on my tires.(went In to get my tires changed) people came in after me and left before me. I don't even see the reason to have an appointment if it doesn't even matter. I will not be coming here again for any reason. Absolutely a garbage store.
