Big O Tires

I had to get tires yesterday. Guy was professional, polite, and thorough. I got 4 new tires and an alignment. It took them around an hour. I thought it was pretty quick and fairly priced. There's a little patio area outside to sit and a pop machine to get a drink while you wait.

Got all four new tires put on my car in early October after they did that the man at the front desk who talks way too much and trying to sell you cant miss him, says my toes on my car are off which did not make any sense the fact I just got an alignment done on my car in north vernon. The man said they can fix that obviously would have to give them more money which was his plan. I told him no I'm taking it back to North vernon which I done today. Theres nothing wrong with my car all I had to pay was $25 bucks for them to inspect my alignment and it's perfectly fine at Miller Tire in North Vernon. I've gone to them before great men REAL men that won't lie to you. Luckily big o tires didn't rip me off on my brand new tires at least. And the guy that talks your head off was basically shamming me for the tires I bought and says they won't last long term and recommended I get these super expensive ones excuse me sir this is my money not yours. And when I rode on my new tires they are way better than my old ones I don't slip and slide anymore when the roads are just a little wet. So with that said if they tell you your toes are off or you need an alignment don't listen to them get a second opinion and I recommend Miller Tire highly. I don't know if it's cause I'm a woman or what or they want more money but they messed with the wrong girl that knows a little about cars enough to know that she's being lied to. That dude needs to shut his mouth I couldn't barely get a word out.

Scott was the associate that dealt with me. He treated me very respectfully and explained everything to me in detail. He didn't treat me like I was oblivious to tire's or oil changes although I am....lol. I scheduled the things I needed so I could check with the busy men in my life that I was getting a good deal and they were impressed. Thank you Scott for everything! You are my go to guy from now on for tire's! If you ever move on I too will go elsewhere. Scott went above and beyond and I appreciated the time as well he didn't rush me. Took care of 2 problems I had with some tires. I'm very satisfied and was great dealing with the people I dealt with. I'll definitely be back.

First, the new online purchase and appointment system are awesome! Makes everything so easy. Second, bought Sumitomo tires for my Mustang. Good looking, great handling tire....plus....it was buy 3 get 1 free!! Lastly, Butch (the owner) and I severly butted heads over a matter. He went above and beyond to make it right. Have been doing business here 20 plus years and do not see that changing.
