Big O Tires

I came to get my tires. Great customer service and the financing they provided helped me get tires as I needed something quick as I had an unexpected trip and needed tires, and the financing with zero interest helped. One thing I did not like is that I had my metal tire valve caps and they threw them away without my permission. Well, that’s what they said, but I doubt it as the tire valve caps were nice.

Logan, Parker, Jason, and Caleb were great and helped me out big time! They were super quick and friendly, listened to what I had to say and did everything above and beyond my expectations. I will invest my college fund into big O tires stocks. 11/10 satisfied customer

Took our Tesla here for new all weather tires. They helped us pick out fairly priced tires (not the most expensive) and scheduled an appointment for installation. Did the job promptly and as requested. Great place.

Fantastic store! These guys at the big o on s.temple went out of the way to help me with a tire warranty. Not only where they fantastic about honoring the warranty but they even stayed an hour and half passed closing to get me back on the road safely. There is absolutely no reason to have an appointment here. It took them 2.5 hours to put 4 tires on my car and align it. After 2.5 hours and my car was finally done, someone came in without an appointment and they told her it would take 1 hour to do rge same thing to her car. Will never go back.
