Big O Tires

Called Jorge 20 minutes before they closed asking if they could plug my flat tire. He said “bring it in, we’ll take care of you!”. Brought the truck in, they had it in the air, plugged and done in 20 minutes. Didn’t charge me for the service and sent me on my way. Excellent customer service isn’t common anymore, but it’s definitely a theme here. Highly recommended! Thanks Big O team!

Got a flat and went in on short notice for some new tires. Jorge hooked me up with both his honest recommendations for my car and a discount deal on what I was there for in the first place. Wasn't pushy, just told me what he thought was best and let me decide. Prices were competitive and service was short and sweet.

Jorge was amazing! Was about to walk out sad with no repairs or upgrade's after big o tires didn’t instantly approve me for financing. Jorge thought of another idea that I didn’t even pay attention to even with advertisement literally in my face, but he told me to try applying for Snap and I got approved! Got All seasoned tires with a nice discount because of promotion and was able to run a diagnostic to clear out codes for repairs I did myself.
