Quoted me $500.00. Went to pick up my car the price as over $750.00 the engine light was off, and when I drove it about 10 miles the engine light came back on again, i took the car back to the shop a total of 4 times, then they said i had another problem, guess what....i was charged an additional $550.00 . The problem got worse. They did NOT fix the problem and told me to take it to the dealer because they DONT the proper tool to figure out the problem. When. I asked for my money back. The manager told me that they are NOT going to refund me anything. So people be careful, If I were a man, I don't think they would treat me that way.
I Guess they did it again , went here to do the change oil on my car and it was a disaster , they never reset the code of oil change on my display and when I get out there my car was doing wired noises when I try to come back the hood started smoking and I stoped , turn off my car and opened the hood and oooohhh big surprise !!! All the oil was spilled all over my motor and under and on the hood !!! THEY FORGOT AGAIN TO PUT THE CAP OF THE OIL !!!!
I went there and they just clean the car and apologize for it !!! HIRE PROFESSIONAL PEOPLE NOT JUST KIDS MESSING AROUND WITH OUR CARS , I WILL NEVER TAKE MY CAR WITH YOU GUYS !!!
Although I didn't go there to get my tires the lady was very helpful, told me to come back the next day I stay can go to the warehouse to get a cheap retire then what she was offering me. Definitely will go back just had an emergency to where I needed tires right then that would more afford
I was having car trouble so I went to the Big O near my house and I was told I needed a new alternator so they sent me to the Big O on Maryland Parkway. They installed a new alternator unfortunately I ended up having my car towed because they could not figure out why my car would not run with the new alternator. The other garage got my car going but I continued to have issues with my car so I took it to a Ford garage they were able to determine that the issues I had been having was due to the alternator installed at the Big O on Maryland Parkway. I will never recommend this store to anyone and the manager Eric was the worst person I had every dealt with. So now I’m having to pay for a new alternator because of the faulty one installed at the Big O on Maryland Parkway.
I called and had a scheduled appointment at 130pm. I get there, and the female customer service representative is playing in the shop running with tools, attempting to fix someone's flat tire along with 2 other mechanics. The other woman customer service representative couldn't read what services were needed for the vehicle. She circled the services, couldn't input the information in the system, and went to get the other female playing mechanic. The female mechanic comes in to tell me that the mechanic isn't feeling up to doing the work. There is no management on property, so the mice are at play. Both women see that I'm beyond pissed so they come out to my vehicle to state the mechanic has been puking up blood all day. I was recommended to come back another day. I have been using this establishment for the past 3 years.
