Becca and the team at this Big O Tires were a huge help in my recent power-sliding door repair. They were responsive, flexible, and kept me informed throughout the repair. They saved me after the local dealership said they couldn't help and that I'd be better off finding someone else - thanks to Becca for the best customer service and workmanship I've enjoyed in years!

I went to Big O Tires really worried I was going to have to buy a whole new tire during the holidays. Thankfully, Becca was so awesome and was able to tell me that my tire was easily patchable. It was so nice to have such a knowledgeable and helpful sales associate!

Came in for a brake job, and Mike caught the fact that 4 of my studs were damaged! Rather than gouge me for all new studs, he was able to save my existing studs by re-threading them, saving me time and money, and earning my business for life! There's better than an honest mechanic, and I've found one here at Big-O in Mike!
